Alcohol Policy
The Ouray County Fairground is the sole licensee for the distribution and sales of alcoholic beverages on all Ouray County Fairground premises. The State of Colorado and the Town of Ridgway regulations forbid unlicensed individuals to deliver or to consume alcoholic beverages not purchased from the Ouray County Fairground on any Ouray County Fairground premises.
The legal drinking age in the State of Colorado is 21 years of age. Alcoholic beverages may be sold during business hours from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m., 365 days a year. No package sales are allowed at any time.
