2,400 sq. ft. of event space will accommodate up to 140 people for a banquet style event and up to 120 people for a meeting arrangement or 350 people in a theater style set-up.
Uncompahgre Room
2,100 sq. ft. of event space will accommodate up to 120 people for a banquet style event and up to 96 people for a meeting arrangement or 250 people in a theater style set-up.
Mt. Sneffels - Uncompahgre combined
4,600 sq. ft. of event space will accommodate up to 320 people for a banquet style event and 216 people for a meeting arrangement or 600 people in a theater style set-up.
West Patio*
800 sq. ft. of open patio which connects to the Uncompahgre Room or can be used separately. The patio will accommodate up to 100 people depending upon the event configuration.
South Patio*
2,500 sq. ft. of open courtyard and patio which connects to the Mt. Sneffels Room or can be used separately. The patio will accommodate up to 300 people depending on the event configuration.
4-H Board Room
650 sq. ft. of event space that will accommodate up to 30 people for banquet style event and up to 45 people for a meeting arrangement or 50 people for a theater style set-up.
Commercial Kitchen
For snack bar or concession usage. The maximum occupancy of the kitchen at any one time is 10 people.
Alcoholic Beverage Service
Per hour per bartender with a 4 hour minimum. Each bartender may accommodate up to 100 guests.
