Professionally Catered Events:
All users who contract a professional caterer to prepare and serve formal meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch), must provide liability limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurence covered under general liability. The caterer must provide evidence of insurance coverage on an ACCORD 27 Form for catered events with liability limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurence and the County of Ouray, Ouray County, Colorado is listed as ADDITIONAL INSURED.

Self Catered Events:
All users who self cater formal meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch), or provide snack bar service shall be required to provide liability limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurence covered under general liability or a package policy with general liability coverage. All general liability insurance policies must have the County of Ouray, Ouray County, Colorado listed as ADDITIONAL INSURED.

For your convenience, information and an application for tenant user liability insurance "TULIP" is included in your user packet. Ouray County is not affiliated with any insurance company. You may find your own company to work with. This is simply a courtesy resource for you.
